Tulsa was honored to welcome Marcia Fudge, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, to help us celebrate our city’s second Choice Neighborhoods Implementation grant! Following a celebratory event Secretary Fudge toured the 36N site, River West and sat down with residents of both properties to learn more about their challenges and opportunities.
